Our average house starts at a base of 350 and higher for our spec and custom homes. We have houses that you can build from scratch or we will have spec properties that are available to purchase.

From start to finish we stay as transparent as we can. Depending on the location and desired layout of the house our timeline goes from 3 months up to 6 months.

We typically like to stay in central Iowa within the surrounding communities of Des Moines. When evaluting your needs we try to figure out what we can do and will let you know our options for your location.
