The Consultation
We know you've probably never built a home before, and that's why we're here, help you along the way. We'd love to sit down with you (in person or virtually) and we can start to discuss how we can bring your new home to life.
The Plan
After we get to know you and your family's needs, we'll get to work on creating a plan specific to your needs and budget. This next step may take a few different meetings to all get on the same page, but we'll be there along the way to work through every detail with you.
The Build
Just like each home is different, each timeline is different. Our custom homes take anywhere from 6 to 9 months to build, depending on the complexity. We are craftsmen and find the beauty in getting all the details right for you. We will work to keep you informed along the way.

Consider these things before we meet:
INSPIRATION: Gather pictures of homes you like, style, colors, floor plans, anything that will help tell us what you like. Consider using Pinterest or another gathering tool to share it with us.
LIFESTYLE & CURRENT HOME: Think about what you and your family need to get the most out of your home and to improve daily activities.
LOCATION: Look at where you want to be, like parts of town, rural areas, and neighborhoods.
BUDGET & TIMING: We will help guide you, but start to consider a range and timeframe you'd like us to work against.

Our next steps:
FLOOR PLAN: We will create the floor plan and modify it with you to your liking.
EXTERIOR DESIGN (ELEVATION): We will discuss the look of the front, sides, and rear of the house.
FIND YOUR LOT: We will start scouting the location based on what we discussed if you don't already have one picked out.
DESIGN FINISHES: We will bring together the colors, stains, and finishes that will make up your home.
FINALIZE BUDGET & TIMING: We will have the details so you can sign off on what it'll take to get your home completed.
SIGN THE CONTRACT: Once we've all agreed on the pieces to create your home, we will work up a contract and ask for a deposit to begin work.
